The Societys Views View of Illness Study is a set of four inter-related surveys aimed at understanding how society views people with different health conditions.
You have the option of completing as many or as few of the four surveys as the wish.
The more surveys you complete, the greater are your chances of winning one of the four draws for two $50 gift cards to an online bookstore.

Participate in an online survey and give your opinion about how society views people with different chronic health conditions such as fibromyalgia and Crohns disease.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
