Company Description Job Description Transitions Rehabilitation, an in-house therapy company owned by Senior Care Group is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant.
We own the only skilled nursing facility in Key West, FL.
This facility is located on Stock Island next to the Lower Keys Medical Center.
The facility has recently gone through an extensive renovation and is a fabulous place to work.
You can have the life of Key West together with a rehab team committed to excellent patient care.
We specialize in ortho and neuro rehab in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
This position reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
