Summary:
A successful Operations Consultant will be able to balance the perational leadership requirements but also demonstrate leadership in Core
Responsibilities:
Function as subject matter expert for store sales consultants in the areas of product knowledge, promotional code usage, billing, and order entry.
Actively participate with the sales consultants in achieving store quota.
Handle daily cash transactions and reconcile various financial functions, including payment drops and safe access.
Perform routine audits on cash handling, inventory and commissions tracking.
Maintain store sales reporting and analysis for Leaders.
Coordinate equipment reconciliation and inventory management.
Work with Leader to implement POP advertising display and sales collateral strategies, making the most effective use of store displays.
Demonstrate strong understanding and enthudiasm around technology, with the ability to position, demonstrate, and sell Comcast products and services to new and existing customers.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
Must be able to work retail environment.

Job Specification:
Bachelor''s Degree or Equivalent Business Generally requires 3-5 years related experience Required that they be able to lift 15 pounds and stand on their feet for an 8 hour shift.
Opening shifts will start 30 minutes prior to open.
Closing shifts will end 1 hour (or less) after close.
There will be no guarantee of having opening or closing shifts on a regular basis.
Scheduling will be based upon needs of the business.
Position is base pay (hourly rate) plus commission eligible.
